A full refund can be given at any point until your order is manufactured. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from canceled orders that are manufactured but not yet shipped out.
If an order is incorrect upon receiving, it may be returned or replaced but only if the product is still in the sealed plastic bag it was shipped with. We cannot accept returns on an item once it has been removed from the sealed plastic bag it was shipped in.

Nice toy!
I have previously bought penetrable toys from Bad-Dragon and they don't hold a candle to AMI's quality or feel. The internals of both holes feels amazing, and the included plugs greatly improves the overall experience. The toy is a little bulky and somewhat difficult to my partner to handle, but it's a fine tradeoff for just how durable the toy feel overall, my previous experience with a BD toy had me constantly feeling like the toy was going to rip, but with the AMI toy I can just comfortably play and not worry about anything.
In the off chance that I ever need to buy a replacement, I'll be going with another AMI toy 100%
I ordered the deer toy about two weeks ago and am extremely pleased with the quality, design, and feel. I’ve never ordered a toy like this before, but I’m convinced this is probably the best brand you can order from. Customer service was also excellent :)
Feels really good and is pretty hefty as well.
It is stunning in terms of appearance both inside and out.
Feels amazingly snug as well. The suction plugs help a lot with that.
Other than it taking a while to dry, I highly recommend this toy and we'll be back for more from these guys in the future.
